RISE v. Tobacco is ImagineLaw’s ongoing tobacco control project, funded by Bloomberg Philanthropies. RISE v. This project will benefit national governments, civil society organizations (CSOs), and community-based organizations (CBOs) in specific countries in the APR who are engaged in tobacco control, non-communicable disease prevention and public health. As part of the project, ImagineLaw will establish a subgrants program to benefit five APR countries and two local governments in the Philippines.
