In the recently concluded Fourth Cycle of TEPHINET Accreditation of Field Epidemiology Training Programs, China's FETP was among the four such programs to receive accreditation from the Global Accreditation Body.
Along with the Ghana Field Epidemiology and Laboratory Training Program, the Morocco Field Epidemiology Training Program, and the Pakistan Field Epidemiology and Laboratory Training Program, the 18 year old China Field Epidemiology Training Program is now among the 17 national programs that currently enjoy accreditation status.
The fifth cycle of FETP accreditation will begin in December 2019
